COVID-19 Update

As a company whose mission it is to reduce stress in so many peoples' lives,  we believe it’s our duty to look after each other and those around us during challenging times such as these. Reboundwear has been closely monitoring updates on COVID-19 and is doing our part to protect our staff and customers. We are currently communicating daily to assess and react to the latest news, medical advice and government measures. We also recognize the need to be transparent with each of you on what measures we are taking to minimize the risk to our staff, customers and the overall community.

In alignment with the WHO and the CDC, here are some of the actions we are taking across Reboundwear to keep our communities safe:

  • We have increased the level of deep cleaning and continue to maintain strict adherence to our rigorous standards of cleanliness and sanitary procedures in our warehouses and distribution centers.

  • Although our administrative offices are closed we are able to continue our high touch customer service and  are available to assist you by phone,  Monday - Friday,  between the hours of 9-5 EST. 

  • We will continue to fulfill orders with the highest standards of hygiene, maintaining strict adherence to our protocols for cleanliness. This includes increased hygiene practices for all materials, workspace, and staff.

  • We have temporarily suspended events to support and encourage increased social distancing. 

  • We have halted all work travel asking employees to stay close to home and work remotely.

 These are trying times for us all, and we thank you for your continued support. We understand that many surgeries and medical procedures have been rescheduled and delayed due to the outbreak. We will continue to post helpful tips and content on our blog on what you can do to prepare for upcoming procedures.
